The last generation of elected and party officials has struggled with youth invovlement in politics with too little success.  The LA County Young Democrats, meanwhile, have rolled up their sleeves and won themselves places at the table in affairs from the local to the national level.  Both LA and the Democratic Party are healthier for it.
